We have implemented some important measures to protect our clients and employees from the risks of COVID-19.
Per the CDC guidelines, we are increasing our sanitization measures to ensure that the risk of potentially spreading the virus is low. These measures include using disposable products, like single-use pedicure tub liners and tools, new sterilization and disinfection techniques for our multi-use tools, and increased social distancing within the salon.
We require that you make an appointment either by phone or online. We will not be accepting walk-ins or appointments scheduled through Groupon. This is to protect both you and our employees and to ensure that social distancing is possible.
All of our stations are now equipped with sneeze guards between you and the employees as well as between customers. You will be provided with single-use keratin gloves designed to reduce contact while softening your hands.
We are also excited to be offering NYC’s first outdoor manicure station!
Additionally, we will be escalating our cleaning protocols in high-touch, high-traffic areas and in shared workstations.
Because of the nature of the coronavirus, we will be actively monitoring the situation to ensure that we provide you the best service possible while still being mindful of the reopening procedures for the city.
If you have a scheduled appointment and do not feel well, we request that you stay home and contact us to reschedule. The safety and soundness of our community is paramount.
